Agustin Martin (Past Speaker)

Agustín Martín is the Head of European Credit Research for BBVA (seven credit analysts), based in London, where he holds a Senior Executive Director role. The credit research team covers European banks, investment grade and high yield industrial corporates, public sector and agencies and green bonds, with a particular focus on Southern Europe countries and credits. Since 2010 Agustín has been the main research analyst with BBVA Global Markets Research in the European covered bonds & ABS asset classes; he is a frequent panellist and collaborator with the European Covered Bond Council and related publications, such as “The Cover” ,“The Covered Bond Report” and IFLR.
