Julien is in charge of framing and launching transformation programs as Cross Group synergies, Trade Finance transformation and co-leading the open innovation at CACIB. Prior to Credit Agricole Julien had 15 years of experience as a management consultant, supporting and managing various initiatives in strategy and transformation projects, mainly in the banking industry.
