Mark is performance-focused professional with successful track record in operations development and improvement, especially in Management Information Systems, Financial Processes and Information Technology. He is business intelligence & corporate performance management expert who successfully delivered solutions, programmes & projects for large and mid-market enterprises and established institutions including European Investment Bank, European Commission, Aviva, Volvo Group, Polpharma, Intertoll Europe amongst others. Since 2016 he has been driving business intelligence in the insurance industry; first at Aviva and now at Generali, currently working for global corporate insurance operations in the City of London. Previously he acted as Managing Partner and in various leading roles for BICPM, for the last decade serving clients in Continental Europe and the UK.
